ReviewHub is the headless, API-first platform that powers open review syndication across the digital shelf. It enables brands, retailers, and review apps to collect, authenticate, and syndicate customer reviews—efficiently and at scale.

Step 1: Ingestion
Using a flexible ingestion API, ReviewHub accepts review payloads from any collection source. Reviews are submitted alongside metadata such as SKU (UPC), timestamp, IP address and customer ID.

Step 2: Authentication & Moderation
Each review undergoes a dual-layer verification process. Automated and human moderation ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and retail partner standards. Spam, profanity and fake reviews are filtered out.

Step 3: Syndication
Once authenticated, reviews are pushed to retailers via API, SFTP, XML or other transmission protocols and mapped by product identifiers (UPC or GTIN). ReviewHub supports retailer-specific formats, sync frequencies, cadences and compliance requirements.
